Order Cancellation Policy

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • Ready-made (generic) products may be cancelled only before the order has been processed.
  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The product is stained
  • The product is incomplete or incorrect

⚠️ Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

How to Apply for a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us with your order number and reason for return:

Once your request is reviewed and approved by our customer support team, you will be instructed to send the product to our warehouse address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Zarqash Jewellery will not be responsible for lost return parcels.

Exchange Processing Time

  • Exchange approval and processing may take 7–10 working days after the product is received and inspected.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds as a standard policy.
  • Refunds are only issued in rare cases where an exchange or replacement is not possible.
  • In case of a refund:
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment method used

Important Notes

  • Sale items, discounted products, and customized jewellery are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.
  • Zarqash Jewellery reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after inspection.
